Who we are

Ardent Intake is a service of Ardent GSI. This policy explains what information we collect through getardentintake.com and how we use it.

What we collect

When you book a walkthrough or contact us by email, we collect the information you choose to share: your name, your firm's name, your email address, phone number, and anything you tell us in the course of the intake test or our conversations.

When we run an intake test, we contact your firm the way a prospective client would. We keep notes on timing and the experience of the interaction, which form the basis of your report.

How we use it

We use your information to run the intake test, prepare your report, hold your walkthrough call, and follow up with you about the results. We do not sell your information, and we do not share your report or your firm's results with anyone else.

Scheduling and cookies

Our booking page is powered by Calendly. When you book a time, Calendly processes your booking details under its own privacy policy, and it may set cookies as part of that. We use these cookies only to make scheduling work.

Retention

We keep your information for as long as it's useful for our work together. If you'd like us to delete anything we hold, email us and we'll take care of it.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us not to contact you again. Any of these starts with a simple email.
